Story Of A Creative Mind #2

In a foreign land on the east, there lived a family of assassins who became rich because of their job. Their family members are on the top list of the most wanted. They live in a place where nobody dares to go.

It has been five generations until the family became so tired of their lives as assassins. They planned to give up their wealth and live normally so they set a day in which they will leave and travel in a place that no one knows them.

On the night before they leave, the army attacked their place and were asked to kill the whole family. The family can easily kill their enemies but they preferred not to fight. The Commander of the army, looking for glory, ordered his men to kill the assassins. There was bloodshed. They killed everyone in the family. Men, women, old, and young. They killed them all even they did not fight back.

After the incident, the commander was promoted because he had defeated and killed the whole family of assassins. It was not true because there was no battle that happened...it was a massacre.

Despite of what happened, no one knows that there was a child who survived.

He remembered what happened during that night and what his mother said to him.

"My son, we were being killed by those who dislike us. Forgive them and live far from them. Live for us. Do what was planned by our family. Do what you want.  I'm always here for you."

His mother was shot at the back and was killed. He cannot express himself. He didn't cry. He doesn't know what to do. And he hide behind the body of his beloved mother.

He was the only survivor among his relatives. He grew up alone and hide his true identity. He learned to live normally with other people. He followed what his mother told him.

After ten years, he saw the commander and the sad memories came back. He was very confused. He shook his head and said that he should forgive him.

In the end, he left the commander.

He left him dying in pain.

Before he left, he utter these words to the commander.

"I have forgiven you as what my mother told me before you killed her. But she also told me to do what I want to do. Since that day, all I want is to fulfill what my mother told me and to kill someone. And that's why you are here."
