Facing the Giants

Guess what. 10pm na hindi pa tapos yung hinihintay ko. Ang tagal no? So here's my great idea. Dahil batong-bato na ako dito. Ilalagay ko na lang dito yung assignment ko para sa Career Pathing namin bukas. Eto wag kayong kokontra. Madrama to. From now on, dahil hindi ko na talaga feel na may gumagamit ng Friendster e ilalagay ko na lang yung mga assignments ko dito. Yung mga mukhang pang-blog na sinulat lang sa scratch paper sabay tinapon sa basurahan. So that, at least, pagkatapon ko e may pupulutin kayo. Na aral. Kung meron man. O game. Tama na intro ko. Copy and paste na. Here it is.

Last week, we’ve watched the movie entitled Facing the Giants. It’s a story about hope, faith, and trust. It was about a football coach who can’t buy a nice car, can’t win any game, and can’t even have a baby. Some players went to other school because of their record. It came to a point where the school administration wanted to fire him off and get a new one much better than him. All that was left with him was his wife and God. We were given the task to get at least one lesson from the movie. It’s quite difficult because the movie was meaningful and inspiring that you can learn many things from it. If I should get even a lesson from the movie it would be this. Don’t give up, have faith in Him, and believe that nothing is impossible. Jesus made it through the cross just to save us, isn’t that enough for us not to give up and trust him?

College is more complicated with high school. My chosen course made it more difficult because we have a maintaining grade. Only few students graduate on our course. Yes, it is difficult to pass. But that doesn’t end there. As we interview one of the higher years, she said that her most challenging moment was when she tried to cope up with her failing grades. If you fail then do your best next time, if you quit then you lose. Everybody has his/her own problems that he/she should face. As a student, we should do our best on our studies and remember that we are not alone. We have our parents, friends, and we have God. He won’t leave us no matter what. If we pass, we praise Him. If we fail, we praise Him. We may have the knowledge but without His guidance we’re still empty. Nothing is impossible if we believe that we can do something and we have faith in it. If we have tried our best and it still didn’t work out right, let’s face the truth. God has a greater plan for us.
